How to run my script automatically on logon screen

I want to know how I can automatically run my script on the logon screen when a user clicks on the change password button or when the password expired screen pops up and clicks on the ok button.

Ok I want do display a warning message when the user clicks on change password or when he has to reset his password. Its a company policy message that needs to be displayed :)
