O365 authentication in my app

I am going to develop an app for multiple platforms(IOS, Android, Windows). and multi tenant. So my question is how can i integrate O365 authentication now.
in live id authentication generally we will create an app in live connection site and by using client id and client secret. but here we have O365 is different for each tenant so i can't go to each tenant and create app and use the client id, client secret
