I want somebody to do the following for me for a website project. I am willing to pay for the service.

Download GeoNames all populated places database
Prepare the Database for Google MAP API or GeoNames MAP API
Append other relevant Data zipcode and demographic info to the prepared data as a relational data
Create Database tables to locate nearby places queries searching
Load Data into server for a locator search system website in PHP
Make provision for Add, Update and Index columns of database
Initiate Sample Query test runs to make sure that database accuracy and efficiency is achieved
Add other GeoNames Feature codes data if necessary (optional)
