I am new to Angular JS . I search a lot for why angular JS is preferable over other frameworks. Please let me know where angular JS can be implemented.

Reasons - at least in software development (by I think a more than that) - are related to the actual context of the question...
AngularJS is a good library that can do a lot of things for you, but maybe the worst choice for a specific application...
So there is no preference of AngularJS, you can only talk about the strength of the framework, than check if those parameters are better fit your project then the parameters of other framework and choose it...
