How to store a window Application textbox value so as to display it in web application on some key press

I Have a window application for weighing scale that continuously send weight on port And Application shows that value in text-box.
Now I want to Store that value somewhere in memory and At some key press event i want to fetch that value and to Show that in my web Application Text Box For Weight calculation.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

I think we can save the value in a configuration file.
