Extendable multipart scalable software architecture

I want to have a software which consists of other independent projects
these projects use common services like authentication, user list and .... but have same UI design. I want to have a menu for switch to each project (like Google). the architecture should allow me to add any number of projects to project farm or remove or disable any of them.
each of these project may use some services from each other
what is the best software architecture for this?
I want something like google set of projects.
also all these project are web based and i want to develop by asp.net (.net)
