fz_fill_image(dev, fzimage, page_ctm, 1.0f);

fz_transform_rect(&rect, page_ctm);
pdf_set_annot_appearance(doc, annot, &rect, dlist);

it can insert data but do not show up,who can help me?

Insert data where to what ...? You need to provide more details of exactly what this code is supposed to do, what product(s) you are talking about, and what errors or results you see.

thanks for your info, i need insert image into pdf annnot using mupdf.After executing the above code, I got a pdf file like this:
