Making Setup in VS2008

Hi guys
I want to create a setup in vs2008, although i am doing this through setup wizard, when i install it in machine it prompt the path to installed like(C:\Programme file\xz)which user can chage location.
But i want the setup to be installed to any specific fix lication like
c:\abc.
how can i do this
any idea

there some setting for it, you can get in from youtube, put making setup in VB.Net in search.
