I am working with scriptmanager and accordion and am getting this error

ERROR

And do you have the right version of the dll installed and imported in to your project ? I am certain the error is correct, the question is, what have you done to feel that you shouldn't be getting it ?

Yes I have ajax3.5 for visual studio 2008 since i have the same
