I had an error when the c# executable program had executed.
How to solve it?
I set up .netframework 2.0 and the dll file exist in the same folder with the executable.

Solution 1

It could be the wrong version of the dll, or the dll could be corrupt. There's little chance that it's a virus.

Are you referencing this dll directly from your project or from another project already referenced? Check whether you added reference to this dll.

Thanks a lot.
I use the OPC Foundation dll, I was building the solution alright in my computer.
The following message is "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application....
Could not load file or assembly 'OpcRcw.Da,Version=3.0.3.0,Culture = neutral,
PublicKeyToken=.......'
"
It's the primary message. :omg:

I reference it directly.Reference->Add Reference.It's in there.

And did you make sure that the DLL is the right version ? Did you try looking at the inner exception to see if it tells you what causes it to not load ? Where did this dll come from ?

No exception.In my work computer,everything is alright.I put the application on a server, the error come up. After having reinstalled the server system, The application executed successfully!!!
