Creating my own Widget

Do you have to be a programmer to create a widget? I downloaded the Widget Konfabulator from Yahoo! but every widget I try to make does not work. Is their a company or somebody out there that I can pay to build a widget for me?

Solution 1

Since it uses XML and Javascript, yes, you do need some programming skills. Pretty basic, I suspect, but some.
