hii how can i create mobile applications for java phones like nokia2700.
i know these applications have extension .jar and .jad

There is no such thing as a jar application. Jar files are merely archives containing java classes for ease of distribution. However it is not too difficult to write java applications to connect to the internet.

Start with the Java Tutorials[^] and work up from there.
