Well, if I understood your problem properly, you want to show some random image from your rss.xml, Right?

For this, get the XML file and read it in a collection. Then, you have the item count. Now use random value from 0 to Count and show the random data to your page.

I think, from this you will get some idea. Try to implement it and if you need any help, let us know.
