Do you mean BIRT Project[^]?

Have you had a look at BIRT Project web site?

For instance, the "How to Get Help on Using BIRT" page states:

BIRT documentation is available within Eclipse, by selecting Help > Help Contents

No these websites doesn't containt interesting things, and i didn't find any thing about Birt within Eclipse help
