Databinding to the XAML on a RichTextBox in silverlight4

I am working on using the new RichTextBox in Silverlight4 and I can set and use the XAML property in it. However I need to be able to have the RichTextBox(es) in a listbox in a template. The documentation says that you cannot databind to the XAML property, but is there a way like in ASP.NET to be able to get an event for each element in the listbox so that I can set the XAML myself?
