SQL database synchronisation

hi...

am having an application which is working on a desktop platform using c#.net and Sql Server2005. am having another database(replica of the same) in remote server which is used for web application. i would like to know how to synchronize data between local and remote databases, ie insertion or updation of data in one server to another server
