FileTables in SQL server 2012 with full I/o Access rights, gives file access error when try to exlore the file folder from SQL server.

I have configureFilestream and then Database with full Access rights for I/O operation an then created a fileTable .
I have 2 issues -
1.Filetable right click -Explore File Folder location options result in Access error.
2. on the File Folder in file system I cant see the File Directory associated with Filtetable.
while it shows the Guild folders under the Filestream folders configured with the instance and Database.
