how to have a common content page for 2 master pages?

I have 2 master pages Master1 and master2 with authorization. About page,home page and contact page must be accessible through both master pages? how to do this? what to write in MasterPageFile property in aspx page of these 3 content pages..

I think you should look into using nested master pages.

you didn't give enough info, but I think you want to access your (3) content pages thorugh 2 different master pages.
