create multiple objects of SQL dependencies in a C# windows application

i wants to monitor multiple table changes using SQL Dependency.it will work for single object but while creating multiple objects , it will work only for last object called in form load.i use this DEMO ApplicationUsing SqlDependency for data change events[^].

i found AggregateCacheDependency is use multiple dependencies between an item,but it is used for ASP.net.
