Still could not download resource.

the size of resource zip after download is 26KB,different with size noted on website. meanwhile, the zip file downloaded could not open with the tips " File Broken or unknown format". please provide me a suggestion.

Solution 2

Just a note in addition to Solution 1: nothing guarantees that the file size shown in the article is correct. The article submission wizard provides a tool to generate some fragment of article text with auto-calculated size, but nothing prevents the author from downloading and referencing some different file without fixing this string indicating the size.

Tell this all to the author of the article.
