Uninstaller is running and i cant remove this

Solution 1

Restart your machine and try again. Some services might still be holding onto the installer till you restart.

It makes no sense. Normally, installer and uninstaller is the same MSI.
And this post is considered as abuse, because this is not an answer. Please removed it, use comments instead.
