Ajax call not working while access the site from VPN.

Hello Friends,

We have an ASP.NET MVC application working in our LAN for organizational use only.
now we have created VPN to give access of that system from outside the organization.
When i access that application from VPN then ajax calls are not working.

How can i solve this issue?
I have searched on Google But failed to found any significant solution.

Can anyone please help me?
