How do create a ssis a package, where you will not get the final raw data on first time

Hi Guys ,

I need little help to create one package which will cover the below step.

Upload 33 raw data in sql server using SSIS

1. In SSIS i have to create one column which will help me identify the raw data.
2. Then I will upload it in Sql Server.
3. Generate 2 reports(1 reports form 2 raw data,another one from separate raw data) and send that file to X team.
4. X team will give some input as per the raw data .
5. update those raw file as per the updated information given by X team and upload it in sql server.
6. Finally generate the final report.
