Getting error "There Is no working folder mapping for tfs 2010"

I want to Track all records of changes done in TFS it is working for me in VS2013. But I have just upgraded the solution from TFS2010 to TFS2013.I got error like "There Is no working folder mapping for tfs.."

I followed the below url for tracking.

Please help me out.
