How Do I Resolve Slow/Hang In My Website Using Iis 7

Hi All,

Good day!

I experiencing slow/hang when the multiple user accessing my website.

How can i avoid having to much load in my server, i'm using IIS 7 when the user getting slow/hang i will restart the application pool then the system will be fix. then after an hour it's hang again and restart again. :(
