How to update VSTS Database project from database

Hi all,

I am using Visual Studio Team System Database edition;

I have database project which is not upto date; Now I want to get the changes done in the backend of the databse to my VS project. Like if any table/SP is added in the database, I want to get into my VS Project schema.

Please help me with steps or any online resource.
