program when change icon

Hello There

I need a little program that when I have a file in it automatically change their icon.

I do not thing that is global in all storage space
that is what interests me is to have a general folder (mother) which contains 10 folders it may contain whether or not a specific file type
when you copy a file it changes its icon (which previously chosen)

can someone help me?

i don't have a program for that
i did in university vbasic
