Maintain bootstrap navbar with fixed width

Hi friends,

In bootstrap navbar, When minimizing the screen, the menu collapses on itself and creates a collapsible button. How to make it stay static and allow the user to have scroll bar to view the entire menu(when minimizes screen)?
