How Do I Start Coding Gui Interface For C Programming Language In Cygwin

I have set the variables like
export GTK_BASEPATH=/cygdrive/c/gtk
export LIB=$GTK_BASEPATH/lib
export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=$GTK_BASEPATH/lib/pkgconfig

to use GTK for GUI interface . Please let me know if i am doing wrong...

This has nothing to do with programming. It is merely setting environment variables.

Looks like you should reading Cygwin User's Guide.

Tip: work trough the samples ;-)

Thank u for ur suggestion.But sample programs does not work. It gives error as gtk.h header file not found.
