i want to make data loger software using vb.net for high voltage relay, it modal number - "7SR11 Argus Overcurrent Relay" it use 2 protocol, rs485 modbus rtu protocol and usb-IEC60870-5-103 protocol. can any one help me for develop software, for get data from relay's EEP ROM and save data to my computer databass
