How To Create Web ImageViewer

Hiiii.....i want to devolop Web ImageViewer using WPF Browser Application..:confused:...Can Anoybody help to how to do this...This ImageViewer will run on Internet Explorer and should have Zooming effect,Rotating and image will display one by one after Next or Previous Button click....I mean My ImageViewer will work as same as Windows ImageViewer...But It will work on Internet Explorer and without flash or Ajax control...Plz help me to do this...
