active directory + database authentication

I have used active directory authentication in one of my project but at the same time client wants to insert record in the database as well, so basically first user will authenticate via window pop up and than via database. if user is found in active directory but not in the database i want the user to be on active directory log in screen only.

can some one please tell me how to do that in asp.net c#?
