Copy/paste data to/from clipboard at the bookmarks with SSIS on the server

I created SSIS package with SQL Server Data Tools VS 2013, Microsoft Word 2013, Interop, mail merge and .NET C# (using Script Task) .
I don't have any problems with it running on the client (my computer) but on the server (agent job executing package) the template ignored IF condition and copied data not at the bookmarks.
I copy data to a clipboard and paste at the specified bookmarks. It seems copy/paste doesn't work on the server with
conditional IF. Am I missing some settings on the server?
We use SQL Server cluster and files are located on the share memory.

Is it any solution to this? Thanks a lot!
