i have to install a XSLT file in ASP.net application

in my recent project i have to change one XSLT file.
i did the change so should i install the complete WEB APP or is there any method to only change the XSLT file in server.

Is the XSLT file compiled to a dll or picked up from a path and translated at run-time?
