How to check Modal Form is opened or not

I have one ActiveX VB6 EXE which have two Forms (Form1 and Form2). Clicking on Form1 display Form2 as modal. Here I would like to know how to check from other application weather this Modal dialog/form (Form2) is opened or not.

I am looking for any tricks or VB6 solution to solve this issue ASAP.

You could enumerate over open windows and look for one with the title of that form ?
