SVGZ file is not open

I have SVGZ file which has not open in Firefox,Safari and IE. any one know why SVGZ file is not open in which i have mentioned browser. if know then suggest me.

The server hosting the SVGZ file must send an appropriate respond so that the browser knows how to handle the file. For SVGZ files, the respond must contain:

Content-Type: image/svg+xml
Content-Encoding: gzip

i had configure both option in iis which you mention but didn't work can you please give another option.
