How Do I Create A New Point And Combine With Other Point Using A Line?

Hello everyone. I'm new in this field and very lack of knowledge of emgucv C#. My task is i need to make a coding by using a C# code to make a new point and line and then combine it. It's possible that Optical Flow Lucas Kanade can make this task? I need to used that method and convert it to coding.

I'm using Kinect Camera and software Microsoft Visual Studio C# WPF Application. My coding already can display the image. In my question,i need to make a coding that can create a new certain point in that image and then combine it with a line.
