How to send keystrokes to inactive game window ?

Guys i want to send keystrokes to inactive window...And im doing it with controlsend or postmessage,sendmessage very well and there is no problem with it but when i try to send keystrokes to inactive game window that uses directx ; its not working..

To explain fully ; Postmessage,sendmessage or Controlsend is working but just on chat window in game... So How can i fix it ? maybe with wrapper or directinput ? idk please help me..
