C# what about HasCopySemanticsAttribute

Does anybody know anything about the HasCopySemanticsAttribute?

The documentation said only "This class is not used in the .NET Framework version 2.0 and is reserved for future use"

Is it useful for something? (in the meantime)

Why? Do you intend to find all off the dead-code in .net?

Thanks, what I suspected, dead-code :-)
However, such attribute for struct and the (suspected) functionality is something what would be very helpful for things I'm working on. At least to make it safer and better readable.
