How to get the sharepoint list box values collection using jquery?

Hi All,

I have One list box in sharepoint 2013, Here I need to get the list box collection values and compare to the vale which is coming through "Query-string". Once value is equal then I need to push the particular value to Left side box. Could you please help me on this. Thanks in advance
