open source encypt and decrypt any windows file real time for protection file in network

I want to write a .Net service or find open source code on specific files such as Word to the realtime encryption. This means that when creating or reading the file, the contents of the file decrypt and open with the software. And then save and exit, the file content is encrypt again. and then Service closed, all files to be encrypted.
