500 Internal Server Error accessing Directory Services when code deployed in server.

I have added a code for getting the directory services from apple directory.
The code used is LDAP with PHP.

The code works fine for me in the local system. I could fetch all the data.

The code is deployed in the server. Now if we try to get the same result I am getting the error as
500 Internal Server Error.

Cannot get what is happening as the same piece of code does not work when deployed in the Server.

Please guide me if any idea regarding the same.
