how to open new page in jqgrid

Dear Friend i have some problem when implimented project by using jqgrid.Actually i have an idea about how to insert,update and delete and formating data but i cant get in how to open new page when click on row cell.For example if i fetched data from emp table and if i click on emp name then i want to retrieve all the information regarding about employee just like his address,name,dob details information on the another page.So
my question is how to open new page by using javascript or other format.Please give me appropriate guidelines.
