problem with visual praradiam connection

hi everyone, could anyone have any experience with visual paradigm?I am new with visual paradigm and now i can not connect to sql server.

At first: I test my remote connection(it ok)

at control panel : I tick Telnet client

at command prompt : I test Telnet(It ok)

At visual paradigm's database configuration:
Language : .Net
Adapter file: <<jTDs 1.3.1>>
Hostname : my ip
Database name: my dbname
username :sa
Password : sa's password


after I finish my configuration, I click Test connection at visual paradigm app but It can not connect to database.what do i do wrong? could anyone tell me about that?
