Can any one tell me that how can we make url folder wise ? but actually there is no folder exists ?

Example :-

http://www.mywebsite.com/organisation/departments

http://www.mywebsite.com/organisation/domains

http://www.mywebsite.com/corporates/domains/function

Actually this i wanted to do it for my cms website ?
