trying to read the data from a device

Hi Guys!

I need to update firmware using c#, i am beginner in this area and trying to understand steps required to followed...

Like what information i need to have to communicate to the device..

what i have is :
1)Memory layout of the ROM that can be updated from PC
2)some protocol but i don't know how to use it...(need help how to use this)

Pointers on what? You did not provide any relevant information. Use the manufacturer's documentation.

Hello SA..

We have the documentation from provider like data structure it accepts..but what i want here the steps to be followed... so that i can update the the firmware with default settings..

Solution 1

You should talk to the people who created the device - they should provide technical support and will know more about their product than we will. If they don't, then find another supplier and demand your money back!
