mfc property sheet getting resized on japanese operating system?

Hi,

I am having an propertysheet based application which is of size (640 X 480) pixels.When I am trying to run it on a Japanese windows 7 operating system then the size is getting increased to (750 X 470) pixels.

I did a sample dialog based application of border style "Dialog Frame" now interesting thing what I found is this dialog based application is not resized.

Can anyone please let me know how can I prevent the propertysheet from getting resized.
