Fetch group ids which is maintained in the group from world client

I want to know how to fetch the group mail ids from the world client . i am not sure but i am thinking to do with Imap or pop3 . shall i proceed with this ? please any advice let me know.

I don't know what world client is but my guess is you'll need to refer to their documentation.
