Crystal Report Viewer first page blank.

Hi
my application developed in VS2010 and CR2008 SP1 and hosted in windows server 2008.

while generating the report, first page is blank. it show only white page, 2nd page onward displays the data.

navigating from 2nd page to first page data is displayed.

what the reason behind this, while navigate only displays the data.

Solution 1

The reason is that you have Break page before group... property set (or something like that) in the Details of your report. Go to section manager and play with checkboxes there.

When you set break page flag it breaks even on the first group which causes first page to remain empty.

there is no grouping and page break flag everything is fine. it's a simple report, no sub reports. while refresh only data is been showed.
