How to use report viewer in sharepoint visual webpart

Hi!
I'm new dev. Please help me.

I have:
- one database in sql server (sql server remode exam: 10.152.60.38, access by SQL Server authentication exam: thanhluan/123456).
- Report server (Report Server Mode: Sharepoint integrated).
- one report file Exam: Report1.rdl
- one visual webpart.
I want to create report viewer in visual webpart and config for the report viewer to the report file (by web.config file).

My English very bad, Im sory! :(
